REGISTERING & CONFIRMATION

• Classes fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
• Once you have submitted your online registration, your placement is PENDING – All requested classes will be confirmed and manually processed by WCDA staff.
• Your spot is officially held in each class once a CONFIRMATION EMAIL with your class schedule has been sent and your credit card has been charged.  Until the confirmation email is received, your classes are PENDING approval.

PAYMENT & TUITION

• Once your class Registration has been processed, WCDA will process your initial payment.
• Please see the TUITION PAGE for more detailed information on your monthly payment.
• Total due at Registration = First Month + Enrollment Fee (all discounted rates will be applied)
• All accounts must keep a credit card on file, and all transactions will be contact-free.
• Tuition is due the 1st of each month.
• If you opt into Autopay – Tuition payments will automatically run on the 1st of each month, beginning with October Tuition on October 1st.
